Over 3,600 students received their degrees at the third convocation of Mohan Babu University (MBU) in Tirupati on Saturday. Honorary doctorates were conferred on Rajeev Shukla, former Union Minister and sports administrator from Delhi, and Padma Shri awardee Paresh Maity, noted watercolour artist from West Bengal.
