NTR District Police has introduced an innovative technology to further improve the safety of those travelling in public transport and rental vehicles. Commissioner Rajasekhar Babu inaugurated this QR code-based real-time protection system. Through this system, passengers can instantly know the driver's details and vehicle registration information by scanning the QR code behind the driver's seat as soon as they board the vehicle. At the same time, the passenger's live location is shared with the police control room and nearby patrol vehicles.
