Redefining campus infrastructure, Mohan Babu University (MBU) has built what is claimed to be India’s first ‘container stadium’, at its Tirupati campus. The ₹30 crore facility, built over a period of four years, has helped avoid an estimated 1,500 tonnes of carbon emissions by using upcycled shipping containers instead of the traditional cement and steel construction.
