The Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC), Mohan Babu University, organized a two-day Faculty Induction Program on 30 June and 01 July 2026 at Dasari Auditorium. The program aimed to orient newly recruited faculty members to the University’s academic ecosystem, institutional policies, quality initiatives, administrative procedures, and research culture. The sessions on the first day covered the University’s Vision, Mission, Institutional Policies, Academic Structure, Curriculum Framework, and Examination Processes. Faculty members learned about outcome-based academic practices, curriculum design, and effective teaching expectations. A session on Intellectual Property Rights highlighted innovation, patents, and research ethics. The second day emphasized professional competencies with sessions on Innovative Pedagogy, Classroom Engagement, HR Policies, Internet Services, CAMU platform, and Research Funding. The concluding session on Quality Benchmarks and DKRA stressed faculty roles in accreditation, rankings, and institutional improvement.
