Ugadi Fest: A Vibrant Celebration of Culture and Talent

April 10

The Sanskrithi Club of MBU joyously celebrated the Ugadi festival on April 10th, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM, at the Seminar Hall in the NAB. This festive occasion marked the arrival of the New Telugu Year and was filled with enthusiasm and cultural vibrancy.

The celebration featured engaging events like mono acting and singing, offering students a dynamic platform to showcase their artistic talents. Mono acting allowed participants to exhibit their expressive acting skills through solo performances, while the singing event brought melodious tunes that captured the joyous spirit of the festival. The event not only emphasized the cultural significance of Ugadi but also fostered creativity, teamwork, and student engagement.

That sounds like a fantastic celebration of Ugadi. The fusion of monoacting and singing must have created an atmosphere rich with artistic expression and festive cheer. It’s wonderful to see students embracing their talents and sharing their creativity with such enthusiasm.

The festival was a grand success, with 150 students wholeheartedly embracing the spirit of Ugadi and contributing to the lively atmosphere. The event was meticulously organized by faculty coordinators Dr. S. Shyam Sundar and Dr. P. Akthar Sulthana, alongside enthusiastic coordination from student leaders A. Annamalai, B. Srinivasa Rao, K. Jahanavi, Sushimitha, V. G. Rakshitha, R. Murali, and K. Chetana Priya from the I MBA program.

The celebration left a lasting impression, reflecting the club’s commitment to cultural enrichment and student involvement.
