The Readers’ Club at Mohan Babu University, the School of Computing, successfully organized “The Dialectic Debate”, an intellectually stimulating event, on 21st March 2025 from 1.30 to 2.00 AM in Room no 2302. Designed to encourage critical thinking, articulate expression, and respectful discourse. This session provided students with an opportunity to engage in meaningful discussions, analyze diverse perspectives, and develop their reasoning and public speaking skills.
In this engaging session, participants explored a thought-provoking topic, debating both sides to foster a well-rounded understanding. Each speaker presented their stance with logical reasoning, persuasive arguments, and counterpoints to opposing views. The debate format promoted constructive dialogue, enabling students to enhance their analytical thinking and refine their communication abilities.
The event created a platform for students to challenge ideas, defend their viewpoints, and engage in insightful discussions, fostering a culture of intellectual curiosity and mutual respect.
