The ISOI Student Chapter, Department of EIE, organized a dynamic ramp walk event, “Walk of Fame – Stride with Confidence,” on March 10, 2025, from 2:30 PM to 4:30 PM at Room Nos. 519 and 520 in the MNS Block. The occasion aimed to celebrate fashion, style, and self-expression while fostering confidence and individuality among students.
The event kicked off with an enthusiastic welcome by the organizers, setting the tone for an engaging and uplifting afternoon. A total of 65 participants from IV and VI semester EIE, along with peers from other departments, took to the ramp with elegance, competing in rounds that emphasized personality, poise, and creativity. The event’s theme, “Elegance with Attitude,” encouraged participants to showcase their unique styles through categories like Classic Walk, Themed Round, and Creative Round. These segments allowed contestants to highlight posture, charisma, and bold interpretations of ethnic, formal, and street styles.
A talent round is about to select participants to present brief performances, delighting the crowd with dynamic energy on the stage by judging focused on stage presence, originality, and audience engagement.
The audience responded with excitement and encouragement, fueling a celebratory atmosphere throughout. Noteworthy recognitions included Best Male and Female Walker, Most Creative Walk, Best Group Performance, and the Audience Choice Award. The event drew attention across social media through live coverage and trending hashtags such as #WalkOfFame and #StrideWithConfidence.
Winners included Faazia Shaik (CSE) with the 1st Prize and R. Charitha with the 2nd Prize. The event was coordinated by student organizers G. Lokesh, C. Pavan, S. Ibadulla, M. Bharat Simha Reddy, S. Rudra Priya, K. Manogna, K. Sai Chandana, and B. Swapna Reddy, with guidance from Dr. N. Harathi, faculty coordinator, and Dr. N. Sudhakar Reddy, HoD, Dept. of ECE.
