Gamified Learning FDP Empowers Faculty at MBU
About the program and its purpose
The Teaching Learning Center at Mohan Babu University organized a 3-Day Faculty Development Program on “Gamified Learning for Effective Teaching.” The program started on campus with the inauguration by Hon’ble Vice Chancellor Prof. P. V. Ramana. The event took place in collaboration with IUCEE and aimed to train faculty in innovative teaching methods. The sessions focused on gamification strategies that encourage active learning and student engagement in classrooms.
About the coordinators and participants
Dr. Babu Devasenapathi, Dean of Engineering and Computing, coordinated the program with other senior faculty leaders. Deputy Deans Dr. P. Sasi Kiran and Dr. J. Avanija supported the event along with Faculty Coordinator B. Ashreetha. The program featured Dr. Kartic Vaidyanathan, Founder of Let’s Play to Learn, as the Chief Resource Person. Faculty members participated enthusiastically and engaged in interactive activities designed to enhance teaching practices.
