The DATA Club of MBU hosted Valedictory Function on 7th May 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM in the Dasari Auditorium to bid farewell to the graduating students of the 2025 batch. The event served as a moment of memory, celebration, and appreciation for the outgoing students. Faculty members and students gathered to reminisce about their shared experiences, express gratitude, and honor the dedication of those who played active roles in organizing and supporting various club activities throughout their academic years.
A special emphasis was placed on recognizing the committed leadership of senior members who took initiative in guiding the club. The gathering was filled with warm sentiments as speakers highlighted their contributions and wished them success in their future endeavors. The faculty coordinator, Ms. K. Sandhya, efficiently managed the event, ensuring a smooth and memorable experience for all attendees. Around 100 participants, including faculty members and students, graced the occasion.
Dr. B. Narendra Kumar Rao, Head of the AIML Department, expressed his sincere gratitude to all participants for their enthusiastic engagement. Dr. J. Avanija addressed the gathering with an inspiring speech, appreciating the students’ efforts and wishing them a bright future. Distinguished faculty members, including Dr. P. Dhana Lakshmi, Dr.K.Padmaja, C. Sudharshana Reddy, Mr. B. Raveendra Naik and Ms.B.Rajani, distributed certificates to the winners, acknowledging their hard work and achievements. To mark the occasion, mementos were presented to final-year students who had served as club organizers, recognizing their dedication and leadership.
Certificates were also awarded to the winners and runners-up for participating in club activities throughout the year. The function concluded in a lively celebration, where club members showcased their talents through song performances and dance, creating an atmosphere of joy and togetherness. A. Harini and Shaik Baji Vali, third-year students, captivated the audience with their graceful dance performances, while M. Tanmayai and Sree Ram, third-year students, delighted everyone with their melodious singing. It was a memorable farewell, leaving a permanent mark on all the outgoing DATA Club members.
