Building Confidence in women Through Safety Education and Technology

Event Orientation
The Sports and Cultural Club organized an event “Women Safety and Security” on 28 February 2026 at ZPHS School, A. Rangampeta. The event aimed to create awareness about women safety issues and empower participants with practical knowledge, self-defense awareness, and modern safety tools. It focused on educating students about legal rights, emergency responses, and community responsibility in ensuring women’s safety.
Technical Knowledge with Social Responsibility
Dr. K. Hari Krishna, faculty coordinator organized the event smoothly for school students. A total of 56 participants attended the session with keen interest. The resource person, Dr. C. Madhusudhana Rao, Professor of CSE, explained safety challenges faced by women in daily life. He highlighted the importance of mobile safety applications, GPS tracking, and emergency alert systems. The session also covered legal rights, support services, and practical response skills. The event proved important as it combined technical knowledge with social responsibility, encouraging students to think critically about safety solutions.
