The Cultural Club of MBU organized a vibrant event titled “Symphony of Cultures: Live at Mohana Mantra 2025” on 10th October 2025, in front of the M-Block. This special performance was part of the grand inaugural of the Mohana Mantra fest and brought together music, art, and celebration in a colourful and energetic way. The event attracted a large crowd of students, faculty, and guests who gathered to enjoy the lively performances and kick off the fest with enthusiasm.
The main aim of the event was to promote cultural unity and give students a platform to express their creativity through music. It was designed to encourage teamwork, build confidence, and help students explore their artistic talents. The event also aimed to create a joyful and inclusive atmosphere where everyone could come together and celebrate the spirit of togetherness.
The event was coordinated by Dr. P. Thejasree, Associate Professor and Dep. DSA, who guided the team with great dedication. A total of 50 students participated in the performances, and each one of them gave their best. Their energy, coordination, and passion were clearly visible on stage. The performances included a live band, a semi-classical mashup, and a western mashup, all of which were beautifully executed and well-received by the audience.
The performances were not only entertaining but also meaningful. They reflected the diversity of cultures and musical styles, blending tradition with modernity. The students worked hard to prepare, and their efforts paid off as the audience responded with cheers and applause. The event created a lively and positive vibe, setting the perfect tone for the rest of the fest.
Participants shared that the event helped them grow in confidence, improve their stage presence, and learn the value of teamwork. It also gave them a chance to manage time, coordinate with peers, and enjoy the process of creating something beautiful together.
The organizers expressed heartfelt thanks to all the participants, volunteers, and audience for making the event a grand success. They appreciated the enthusiasm and support shown by everyone and encouraged students to continue exploring their talents and contributing to the cultural life of the campus.
