
The Cultural Club of MBU hosted a vibrant event titled “Positivity Vibes for Student Wellness: An Open Gala Evening.” on 19th September 2025, The program took place in the open arena in front of the M-Block and brought together students and faculty for a lively celebration of music, dance, and togetherness. The atmosphere was filled with energy and excitement as the campus came alive with performances and cheerful interactions.
The event was designed to promote student wellness and positivity through creative expression. It aimed to offer a refreshing break from academic routines, helping students unwind and connect with one another. By encouraging participation in music and dance, the club hoped to foster a sense of joy, belonging, and emotional well-being among the student community.
Dr. P. Thejasree, Associate Professor and Deputy DSA, served as the coordinator of the event. Under her guidance, 50 enthusiastic students took part in the gala evening. Their performances included a soulful live music band, a graceful semi-classical flash mob, and a high-energy western flash mob. Each act was met with loud cheers and applause, reflecting the audience’s appreciation and the performers’ dedication.
The activities were thoughtfully planned to highlight the importance of creativity and collaboration. Students worked together in teams, rehearsing and coordinating their acts with passion and discipline. The open-air setting added to the charm, allowing everyone to enjoy the performances in a relaxed and welcoming environment. It was not just about entertainment—it was about creating a space where students could express themselves freely and bond with their peers.
The participants shared that the event helped them feel more confident and relaxed. Many said it reduced their stress and gave them a chance to connect with others in a meaningful way. The evening left a lasting impression, reminding everyone of the power of positivity and shared experiences.
At the end of the program, the organizers warmly thanked all the participants for their spirited involvement. Their energy and enthusiasm made the event a grand success and truly brought the campus together in celebration.
