Innovate Beyond Boundaries: Where Ideas Cross Paths and Spark Innovation

September 17

The Idea Club, the School of Commerce and Management of MBU, organized a vibrant student activity titled “Swap to Solve: Innovate Beyond Boundaries” on 17th September 2025 in Room No. 4303 of the New Academic Block and  it brought together young minds with a passion for entrepreneurship. The main aim of the activity was to spark creativity, encourage problem-solving, and promote teamwork among students who dream of starting their own ventures. It was designed to help participants think deeply about the real challenges faced by entrepreneurs and to come up with fresh, practical solutions through peer interaction and shared learning.

The event was coordinated by Dr. B. Ujwala, Assistant Professor, who guided the session with warmth and clarity. A total of 52 students took part in the activity, and their performance was truly impressive. It was a lively and thought-provoking session that ran with great enthusiasm and energy The participants showed great interest, actively participated in discussions, and brought forward thoughtful ideas and solutions.

The activity was conducted in two engaging rounds. In Round 1, students shared the problems they foresee in starting a business—like funding issues, lack of mentorship, marketing struggles, and team building. In Round 2, they swapped problems with their peers and worked on solving someone else’s challenge. This unique format helped students step into another person’s shoes, think creatively, and offer solutions with empathy. The best ideas were appreciated by the jury and fellow participants, adding a sense of achievement and motivation.

Students walked away with more than just answers—they gained confidence in expressing their thoughts, learned to view problems from different angles, and felt inspired to explore entrepreneurship more seriously. The activity helped them understand that innovation often begins with collaboration and a willingness to see things differently.

The organizers thanked all the participants for their active involvement and thoughtful contributions. Their enthusiasm made the event a success and reflected the spirit of innovation and learning that the Idea Club stands for.
