The Founder’s Network, the entrepreneurial wing of The Coding Club, in collaboration with the IEEE Computational Intelligence Society (CIS) and the Institution’s Innovation Council at Mohan Babu University, organized an exciting event titled “Spark Fund—A Student Business, Product, and Idea Pitching” on 2nd August 2025. The event took place at Seminar Hall in the New Academic Block (NAB) from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM. The atmosphere was buzzing with energy as students gathered to share their ideas and dreams.
The main goal of Spark Fund was to encourage students to think like entrepreneurs and innovators. It aimed to create a space where young minds could confidently present their business ideas, product concepts, or creative solutions to real-world problems. The event focused on nurturing creativity, critical thinking, and the spirit of enterprise among students from different disciplines.
Mr. Ranjeet Kumar, Assistant Professor and Faculty Coordinator from the School of Computation & AIML, guided the event with great enthusiasm. A total of 44 students participated, each bringing forward unique and thoughtful ideas. Their presentations reflected not only technical knowledge but also a deep understanding of market needs and social impact. The energy and confidence with which they pitched their ideas made the session truly inspiring.
The event was conducted in a friendly and open format. Students presented their ideas to a panel of judges and mentors, receiving valuable feedback and encouragement. Some standout ideas included Viducate, a video-based learning platform; SoulSync, an AI app for emotional wellness; WhatisNxt, a live mentoring platform; StayEase, a hostel management system; and NutriGrit, a health-tech startup focused on personalized nutrition.
Participants walked away with more than just feedback—they gained confidence, clarity, and a sense of direction. The event helped them refine their ideas and understand the importance of presentation, innovation, and collaboration.
The organizers sincerely thanked all the participants for their enthusiasm and creativity. Their contributions made the event a memorable and meaningful experience, reinforcing the university’s commitment to nurturing future change makers.
