Tech + Brainstorm Hack: Igniting Ideas, Inspiring Futures

August 26

The Brain Masters Club, the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, organized an exciting mini Ideathon titled “Tech + Brainstorm Hack: Spark the Future” on 26th August 2025. The event brought together enthusiastic student teams for a fast-paced, idea-driven challenge. The main aim of the event was to spark creativity, teamwork, and problem-solving among students.

It was organized by Dr. Cuddapah Anitha, Associate Professor, who played a key role in coordinating the event. A total of 70 students took part in the challenge, forming dynamic teams that showed great energy and commitment throughout the session. Mr. Md Aadil, Expert Member from ICT Academy, Chennai, joined as a special guest and evaluator, adding valuable insights to the judging process. The students responded with enthusiasm and presented their ideas with clarity and confidence.

The event focused on helping students develop ideas that were not only innovative but also practical and socially relevant. Participants were encouraged to think quickly and come up with tech-based solutions to real-world problems. During the activity, each team was given a problem statement and just 45 minutes to brainstorm, collaborate, and pitch their solution. The session was intense yet engaging, pushing students to think on their feet and work together effectively. At the end, teams presented their ideas to a panel, and the most impactful and feasible solution was declared the winner.

Participants walked away with stronger analytical thinking, better communication skills, and a deeper understanding of how to approach real-world challenges. The event also helped them build confidence in presenting ideas and working under pressure—skills that are vital for future careers in tech and innovation.

The organizers extended their heartfelt thanks to all participants, judges, and faculty members for making the event a meaningful and memorable experience.
