Empowering Education through Virtual Labs: A Joint Workshop by MBU and IIT Delhi
The Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) of MBU, in collaboration with the Academic Office, organized an online workshop on Virtual Labs in partnership with IIT Delhi on 1st July 2025. It was aimed to introduce the concept and utility of Virtual Labs as a practical supplement to traditional learning environments.
The event marked the first step in MBU’s recognition as a Nodal Centre for Virtual Labs. Experts from IIT Delhi, including Mr. Shivam Yadav and Mr. Shani Kumar, led the program and conducted live demonstrations and guided attendees through various experiments and simulations available on the platform.
The workshop served to empower faculty and student participants with essential technical skills for effectively navigating and utilizing Virtual Labs, while also showcasing its adaptability for integration into mainstream curricula across diverse academic disciplines.
The interactive Q&A session fostered valuable discussions, and the enthusiasm of the participants underscored the increasing engagement with digital learning technologies and their relevance in contemporary education.
