Orientation for Excellence: A Two-Day Faculty Induction Program at MBU

The Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) of Mohan Babu University organised a comprehensive two-day Faculty Induction Program on 4th & 5th July 2025 at Dasari Auditorium. The initiative aimed to formally welcome newly appointed faculty members and familiarize them with the university’s academic structure, administrative protocols, and quality assurance practices.

During the inauguration ceremony, Hon’ble Vice Chancellor, Prof. Nagaraj Ramrao, addressed the participants and outlined the university’s heritage and visionary roadmap. While addressing the participants, Mr. Vikas Singh, Chief Growth & Strategy Officer, emphasized MBU’s commitment to achieving globally benchmarked academic standards and its strategic mission in higher education.

The two-day program showcased insightful sessions led by institutional leaders. Day 1 featured presentations from the Registrar, Dean of Academics, Dean of Student Affairs, HR Manager, and Librarian.  Day 2 continued with sessions by the Dean of Research & Innovation, Controller of Examinations, and Director of IQAC. Over both days, discussions covered major themes including the university’s vision, curriculum development, student support systems, research initiatives, examination protocols, assessment strategies, and feedback mechanism for continuous improvement.

The induction programme served as a platform for faculty members to gain clarity on institutional expectations and share reflections during the feedback session. The program concluded with a valedictory session marking a confident beginning to their academic journey at Mohan Babu University.
