Mohan Babu University proudly announces that AatonovaZ Technologies Private Limited, a student-founded startup from MBU has secured the 1st Prize at ANVESHAN 2025 – South Zone, under the Engineering and Technology category. The event was organized on the 17th and 18th ofDecember 2025 at the South Zone level by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU), one of India’s most prestigious platforms for innovation and research. The competition was conducted to inspire young innovators to address real-world challenges with solutions that are practical, scalable, and impactful. Bright minds from leading universities across South India participated in it, making the contest both competitive and inspiring.
The program was coordinated by AIU representatives along with faculty mentors from participating universities. Representing Mohan Babu University, four students showcased their talent in the startup competition. They were Kosinepalli Arjun Sai (Founder & CEO), Prabhu Das Mannipudi (Administrative President & CFO), Rahul Kothuri (DevOps Engineer), and Balu Amareswar Bejagam (Full-Stack Engineer). Competing against several teams, they stood out with their clarity of thought, originality, and teamwork. Their performance was marked by confidence, technical depth, and a strong sense of responsibility.
The highlight of their activity was the presentation of a Generative AI- based system. Unlike many projects that remain at the conceptual stage, their solution was built with robust architecture, strong integration, and readiness for deployment. This made their work not only innovative but also practical and engineering-rigorous. The jury appreciated the way the team moved beyond theory and delivered a system that could be applied in real-world scenarios.
The activity highlighted the importance of combining creativity with execution and demonstrated how innovation can be nurtured within the supportive ecosystem of MBU.
The Chancellor and the Executive Director specially appreciated the students for their remarkable success highlighting the dedicated guidance of their faculty. The Vice Chancellor, the Registrar and other faculty members also conveyed their heartfelt best wishes, saying that such innovations bring pride and honour to the institution. The victory of AatonovaZ Technologies was celebrated as a collective achievement, reflecting the strength and vibrancy of Mohan Babu University’s startup ecosystem.
