Essential Requirements
- B.E./B.Tech. and M.E./M.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering with First Class or equivalent academic record.
- Ph.D. in the appropriate discipline (Mandatory).
- Minimum 10 years of teaching / research / industrial experience, of which at least 5 years should be at the level of Associate Professor.
- Strong post-Ph.D. publication record and experience in guiding Ph.D. scholars.
- Industry experience, if considered, must be at a senior managerial or technical leadership level, with active involvement in design, development, manufacturing, analysis, quality assurance, innovation, training, publications, or IPR/patents.
- A person of high energy, integrity, academic authority, and perseverance to lead initiatives.
