Essential Requirements

  • B.E./B.Tech. and M.E./M.Tech. in Civil Engineering with First Class or equivalent academic record.
  • Ph.D. in the relevant discipline (Mandatory).
  • Evidence of post-Ph.D. research publications.
  • Capability to guide UG/PG projects and assist in doctoral research under senior faculty.
  • Industry experience, if any, should involve design, analysis, execution, quality control, environmental compliance, or R&D activities.
  • A person of high energy, integrity, enthusiasm, and perseverance to initiate and sustain academic and research activities.

Academics

  • Classroom teaching and effective course delivery.
  • Laboratory instruction and field-based learning.

  • Continuous professional development and knowledge dissemination through publications, seminars, FDPs, and workshops.

 

Research & Consultancy

  • Active engagement in research and scholarly publications.
  • Participation in industry-sponsored projects, consultancy, and environmental testing services.
  • Support proposal preparation for funded research projects.
  • Promote industry–institution collaboration and applied research.

 

Academic & Administrative Responsibilities

  • Assist in departmental and institutional academic activities.
  • Support curriculum development, accreditation, and quality assurance.
