September 22

The Together We Heel Club of MBU, in association with the Department of Pharmacy Practice, organized a heartfelt event titled “You Are Not Alone – A Motivational Talk” on 22nd September 2025, as part of the 5th National Pharmacovigilance Week celebrations. The session was brought together students, faculty members, and healthcare professionals to reflect on the importance of mental health and emotional resilience.

The event aimed to spread awareness about mental well-being, especially among students and those in the healthcare field. It focused on helping participants understand how to cope with stress, seek support when needed, and build a culture of empathy and care. The talk encouraged open conversations about emotional challenges and highlighted the value of communication in professional and personal life.

The session was coordinated by Ms. Bandla Aswani, Assistant Professor, who ensured smooth organization and active engagement throughout the event. The students from V Year Pharm D—Asia Bhanu, Sravani Yadav,  Mukesh Naik, Krishna Priya, and Chandini Priya—led the session with powerful and relatable messages. Their talks were filled with real-life experiences and practical advice, which deeply resonated with the audience.

The activity was conducted in an interactive format. The speakers addressed students from various departments, sharing insights on how to communicate effectively with healthcare professionals and peers. The session concluded with a lively Q&A round, where students and faculty openly shared thoughts and asked questions. The atmosphere was warm, supportive, and filled with genuine connection.

Participants took away meaningful lessons from the event. They gained a better understanding of mental health, learned coping strategies for stress and burnout, and felt encouraged to support one another. The talk helped build a sense of community and reminded everyone that they are never alone in their struggles. Many students left the session feeling inspired and more confident to face challenges with a positive mindset.

The organizers expressed sincere gratitude to all the speakers and attendees for making the event a success. They appreciated the openness, enthusiasm, and thoughtful contributions that made the session impactful. The club looks forward to hosting more such events that promote well-being, empathy, and personal growth.
