The Reader’s Club of Mohan Babu University organized an exciting event, “The Entrepreneur Mindset,” on 22nd August 2025, from 02:00 PM to 03:15 PM at the ED Cell. It aimed to inspire students to think creatively and develop an entrepreneurial approach towards challenges, enhancing critical thinking, problem-solving, leadership, teamwork, and communication skills, while encouraging students to explore entrepreneurship as a career path.
It, a two-round competition, was designed to cultivate entrepreneurial thinking and problem-solving skills among students. Round 1, titled The Entrepreneur Mindset Challenge, featured a dynamic quiz with multiple-choice questions covering entrepreneurship, innovation, global markets, and business trends. This round tested participants’ awareness, analytical thinking, and decision-making under pressure, creating an energetic atmosphere that kept both the audience and participants thoroughly engaged.
Round 2, which was designed with the title “The Problem Solver Challenge,” invited shortlisted teams to tackle real-world business scenarios such as launching a product with limited resources or navigating competitive markets? Participants collaborated to brainstorm and present innovative solutions backed by logical reasoning. This round emphasized teamwork, leadership, creativity, and presentation skills, offering students a platform to simulate entrepreneurial decision-making in a practical context.
A total of nine teams, each comprising four members, participated in the event, amounting to 36 enthusiastic students. Throughout the competition, participants demonstrated remarkable creativity, collaboration, and confidence. Their spirited engagement reflected a growing interest in entrepreneurship as a viable and exciting career path, and the event served as a catalyst for nurturing future business leaders.
The competition not only provided hands-on exposure to entrepreneurial challenges but also helped students develop essential skills in communication, problem-solving, and strategic thinking. The winners of the event were Mr. M. Jyotheeswara, Mr. A. Bharath, and Mr. S. Sudharshan, who secured first place, followed by Ms. Akila Maram, Ms. Krishana Priya, and Ms. Poojitha in second place. The event was successfully coordinated by Dr. Anand Kumar, Faculty Coordinator, and Mr. K. Bhargav (Co-Convenor), whose guidance and planning ensured a seamless and impactful learning experience for all.
