Student Presentations on Societal Problems and Sustainable Solutions

About the Event

The Rural Development Club organized an awareness program on Societal Problems on 11 March 2026 at Room No. 4321. It aimed to highlight education, environmental protection, and societal issues.  The students actively participated through presentations and interactive discussions. The program encouraged awareness and responsibility among young learners. It created a platform for students to share ideas and propose solutions.

Sustainable Practices

Dr. K.S. Bharaty, Assistant Professor, coordinated the event with dedication. A total of 40 students participated enthusiastically in the program. They presented topics on literacy, access to education, and challenges in learning. Students also discussed pollution control, conservation, and sustainable practices. The event included presentations on inequality, unemployment, and digital divide. Participants expressed their views confidently and suggested practical solutions.

Takeaways by the Participants

 The students gained knowledge about education, environment, and social issues. They also improved their communication and presentation skills during the session.  Further, they appreciated the chance to connect classroom learning with real-world problems. The event enhanced their confidence and teamwork abilities. The feedback showed that students valued the interactive and informative nature of the program. The participants suggested organizing more such awareness programs regularly. The organizers expressed gratitude to all participants for their active involvement. The event was successful in promoting awareness and social responsibility. It encouraged students to think critically and support sustainable solutions.
