Dr. Akbar J, Assistant Professor, Department of Physiotherapy, coordinated the session. A total of 47 students participated actively in the program. Student presenters explained the scientific basis of stress and demonstrated simple yogic techniques. They highlighted how pranayama, stretching, and guided relaxation can regulate breathing and improve emotional stability. The event emphasized the importance of self-care and mental balance for healthcare students.
