Overview of the Event

The Readers Club of MBU organized an event titled “The Power of Networking” on 17 February 2026. The event aimed to strengthen students’ communication skills and help them build meaningful professional connections. It also focused on promoting collaboration, knowledge sharing, and awareness of career opportunities.

Practical Approaches 

Ms. P. Lakshmi Harshitha, Assistant Professor, School of Commerce and Management, coordinated the event. A total of 40 students participated actively in the session. The program emphasized strategies and principles of effective networking in academic and professional contexts. Students learned practical approaches for initiating conversations and maintaining professional relationships. The session highlighted the importance of networking for internships, placements, and higher studies. Real-life examples and structured discussions made the event engaging and informative.
