MBU IYIG Event 1

Objective and Theme of the Event

The Young Caliber Club of the Department of ECE organized the event “Inspired Youth, Inclusive Growth” on 10th January 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at mini auditorium. The program was conducted with great enthusiasm and created a vibrant atmosphere where students came together to learn, share, and grow. The event was aimed at motivating young minds and promoting inclusive development. It focused on encouraging leadership qualities, creativity, and social responsibility among students. By engaging them in interactive sessions and discussions, the program sought to inspire participants to think beyond themselves and contribute positively to society.

Program Coordination and Activities

The event was coordinated by Ms. Nune Divya, faculty coordinator, along with student coordinators M. Hemanth, Chandravavadana, S.Umarthowfeq, Abdul, and S.P. Saniya Bhanu A total of 58 participants attended the program. Their active involvement and enthusiastic participation reflected their interest in learning and their commitment to the theme of inclusive growth. The students performed with confidence and energy, making the event lively and impactful.

The activities included interactive discussions, team-based tasks, and thought-provoking exercises. These were designed to highlight the importance of inclusivity and collaborative growth. The way the event was conducted ensured that every participant had a chance to share ideas, work in groups, and develop a broader perspective on personal and social development. The program emphasized the need for youth to take responsibility, think critically, and work together for a better future.

Key Outcomes and Takeaways

The key takeaways for the participants were significant. They developed awareness about leadership and social responsibility, improved their teamwork and communication skills, and gained confidence in expressing their ideas. The event also motivated them to contribute toward inclusive growth and community development. It was not just an academic exercise but a meaningful experience that inspired students to apply their learning in real-life situations. At the end of the program, the organizers expressed heartfelt gratitude to all participants, faculty members, and student coordinators. Their support and involvement made the event a success.
