Empowering Innovation Through AI: A Vibe Coding Initiative

The Coding Club of the Department of AIML, School of Computing of MBU, organized an exciting event titled “Vibe Coding” on 7th October 2025 at the Mini Auditorium. With a vibrant atmosphere and enthusiastic participation, the event brought together students eager to explore the world of artificial intelligence.

The main goal of the event was to help participants understand and experience emerging AI technologies in a practical and engaging way. The event aimed to spark interest in AI tools, encourage creative thinking, and promote teamwork among budding developers. By focusing on real-world applications, the session helped students connect theory with practice and inspired them to think beyond the classroom.

Mr. Ranjeet Kumar, Assistant Professor in the Department of AIML, coordinated the event with great dedication. A total of 70 participants joined the session, each bringing their energy and curiosity to the table. The students actively engaged in discussions, explored new tools, and collaborated with peers to solve problems and share ideas. Their enthusiasm and willingness to learn made the event truly memorable.

During the session, participants were introduced to a range of AI tools such as Firebase AI, Cursor AI, Cloud AI, Perplexity AI, Grok AI, and Qwen. Each tool was explained with live demonstrations, allowing students to understand its purpose and potential. The hands-on approach helped them grasp how these technologies can be used to improve productivity, streamline development, and foster innovation. The interactive format encouraged questions, experimentation, and peer learning throughout the event.

By the end of the day, students walked away with a deeper understanding of AI applications and how these tools can be used to solve real-world challenges. They gained practical exposure, improved their problem-solving skills, and discovered new ways to think creatively and work collaboratively.

The organizers extended heartfelt thanks to all the participants for their active involvement and positive spirit. Their enthusiasm made Vibe Coding a meaningful and inspiring experience, and the Coding Club looks forward to hosting more such events that empower students to explore, learn, and grow.
