Cracking the Code: A Showcase of Logic, Creativity, and Collaboration

The Data Club of the Department of AI&ML, MBU, hosted an exciting event titled “Code Jam” on 25th August 2025. It was aimed at empowering students through competitive programming and real-time problem-solving challenges. This initiative provided a dynamic platform for participants to sharpen their coding skills, logical reasoning, and technical expertise.

The event was successfully coordinated by Ms. K. Sandhya, Asst. Professor in the Dept. of AI&ML. A total of 169 students participated with great enthusiasm, showcasing their creativity and demonstrating their ability of technical knowledge. This initiative was designed to provide students with a platform to enhance students’ coding, problem-solving, and logical thinking abilities by engaging them in competitive programming and real-time problem-solving challenges.

Students gained hands-on experience in designing and implementing efficient algorithms while managing time constraints. The session also enhanced their understanding of competitive programming concepts, encouraged collaborative learning, and boosted confidence in applying theoretical knowledge to real-world challenges.

The event was well-organized and successfully achieved its mission of enhancing students’ problem-solving and coding capabilities. The vibrant, competitive atmosphere inspired students to push their boundaries and elevate their technical expertise. Participants actively engaged in the competitive programming challenges and demonstrated enthusiasm in applying their knowledge to real-time problem-solving. The collaborative yet competitive environment motivated students to improve their technical expertise.

This initiative highlighted the importance of experiential learning. It proved to be an inspiring and engaging event, igniting creativity among students. It also raised awareness and interest in innovative thinking and intellectual development. The event organizers sincerely expressed their gratitude to all the participants, faculties, and judges for their invaluable support and contributions for making the event a remarkable success.
