Celebrating patriotism through the Republic Day Poster Challenge

About the Event

The Electro Affinity Club of the Dept. of EEE organized the “Republic Day Poster Challenge” on 23 January 2026. The event took place in Room No. 4216 at the School of Engineering. It aimed to inspire students to connect patriotism with responsibility. The activity encouraged young minds to express their ideas through creative posters. It provided a platform for students to showcase unity, courage, and love for the nation.

About the Coordinator and Participants

Ms. Gogula Vyshnavi, Assistant Professor, coordinated the event with guidance from Dr. M. S. Sujatha, Head of the Dept. A total of 66 first-year B.Tech AI & DS students participated with great enthusiasm. Student coordinators Sunny, Nitish, and Ramu supported the smooth conduct of the event. Participants displayed posters that reflected constitutional values and social responsibility. The competition highlighted themes of equality, innovation, education, and environmental protection.

Takeaways and Feedback

Students shared that the activity helped them understand the link between freedom and responsibility. They realized how constitutional values connect with sustainable practices in daily life.
