The Data Club of MBU successfully conducted an insightful workshop titled Idea-Thon on April 17, 2025, from 02:00 PM to 04:00 PM in Room No. 813 of the MNS Block. The session aimed to equip the participants with essential skills in profile optimization, resume-building techniques, and aligning academic achievements with industry expectations.
The workshop was organized by the club’s student coordinators. A total of 85 students enthusiastically participated in it. It commenced with a warm greeting by the event organizers, followed by a productive discussion on the significance of maintaining strong professional resumes. The host presenter shared valuable insights into crafting compelling LinkedIn profiles, guiding the students on how to effectively showcase their skills, experiences, and achievements.
Another key area focused on in the seminar was developing resume-building strategies. The Students were guided on the useful techniques for tailoring resumes to specific job roles, highlighting their achievements, and professionally structuring their content. And further, the facilitators also emphasized the necessity of aligning academic qualifications with industry demands, ensuring that students present themselves as strong applicants in competitive job markets.
The session witnessed enthusiastic participation, with attendees actively engaging in hands-on training and seeking personalized guidance. The interactive nature of the workshop allowed the students to refine their LinkedIn profiles and resumes in real time, making the session both practical and impactful.
